We’re in the Hothouse!

Pre-fabricated at their campus over a number of weeks, the team of students, under the direction of Clive Linley, erected the structure in a matter of minutes onsite.

This week our kids really loved two of the recipes in particular: Potato Gnocchi with Roasted Pumpkin and Burnt Butter and their Rhubarb and Almond Tart. You’ll have to scale down the quantities, unless you want to feed a classroom of kids, but here are the recipes!

Volunteers are vital to the Kitchen Garden Program. It couldn’t work without them.
During Volunteers Week, 18-25th May, we presented our volunteers with a ‘Star Volunteer’ certificate and a cup cake each to show how much we appreciate them.
